The pay is good, the hours are flexible, and the work is close to home.”–From the web site.  This site lets you download an application and also provides other information, such as hours and pay rates, and also provides a Census Practice Test.  The site gives 1-866-861-2010 if you want to call about a job as a Census Taker and there is also an interactive map that allows you to find your local census office.  The local Memphis office is located at:  5701 Quince Road, Memphis, TN 38119 and the phone number is 901-251-4410.
