Property Assessment Directory

It’s not the prettiest site, but it has the goods.  This site is a large link directory to property assessment sites around the country.  Most are county sites, but there are a few aggregate sites as well.

This site was developed by John Walsh from “America’s Most Wanted.”  The site provides information to the public as an interactive neighborhood watch program.

Tennessee Real Estate Commission

This site provides information on getting a real estate license in Tennessee, from meeting requirements to taking the exam.  Users can also look up a license or file a complaint.

Antenna Structure Locator

The FCC provides this resource to help people locate antenna structures and wireless towers nationwide. Most useful is the search by city and state, although users can also search by registration number or geographic coordinates.

Use Zillow to find property values nationwide.  Users can search for a specific address or browse by city, ZIP, or street.  The site combines property values and satellite maps to provide a composite look at any given area.
