You can download the complete Surgeon General’s Report on Smoking here, and you can download by section as well.  A link to the Executive Summary, a Supplement, and an Errata Notice is also included on the Centers for Disease Control site.  The Health Consequences of Smoking offers information on what has occurred regarding smoking since the issuance of the first Surgeon General’s Report on Smoking in 1964.
